The Risk Analysis of Tariff Recovery Based on Game Theory

由于供电企业自身管理不到位或用户刻意拖欠等原因导致电费回收工作存在风险,从而影响供电企业的正常建设和发展。博弈论主要从战略管理和风险管理2个角度,为改进管理提供理论支持和分析工具。本文引入混合战略纳什均衡对供电企业电费回收工作战略与风险做出博弈分析,以拓宽工作思路。

Because of the problem of the enterprise itself or the user deliberate default resulted tariff recovery work is at risk, which affecting power supply enterprise＇s construction and development. Game theory, which mainly from two aspects of the strategic management and risk management, helps us to improve our management and provides a theoretical support and analysis tool. This paper presents the mixed strategy nash equilibrium to analysis strategy and risk of power supply enterprise＇ s tariff recovery, in order to widen our working ideas.
