我国档案局(馆)政府信息公开制度运行状态调研--基于2011年年度报告分析

Investigation on the Operating Situation of Government Information Publicity System in Chinese Archives: Analysis Based on 2011 Annual Reports

本文从政府信息公开制度的理论基础入手,对统计所得的88份档案局(馆)2011年年度报告进行实证分析,研究档案局(馆)作为信息公开的义务主体的现状,发现政府信息公开制度在档案局(馆)的运行状况还不尽如人意,不论从年度报告发布的数量,还是内容质量方面都有很大的改进空间。

On the foundation of the theoretical principles of the government information publicity system, this article empirically analyzes 88 archives annual reports in 2011, and investigates on the present situa- tion which archives as the subject of duty. Moreover, it finds that the operating situation of the government information publicity system in archives is quite unsatisfactory. So whether from the quantity or the quality of content still have a lot of room for improvement.
