The college counselors are important forces in college’s ideological and political education.They take on the great responsibility for educating college students.In order to do well this work,firstly,the college counselor should have the strong sense of mission and agreement with their profession.Secondly,the college counselor should be the college students’mentor and guide in the practical work.They are the fine examples to the students.Thirdly,in the working manners,the college counselor should have the affinity and appeal.As the college counselor in Ethnic Area,they also must earnestly implement the national policies。
