摘要
我国移动通信是从军事移动通信即战术通信起步的，在1974年周恩来总理指示“电子工业要为四个现代化服务”之后，才开放了4个民用无线频段，研制生产150MHz以下的“七四系列”电台。而模拟对讲机历经“八零系列”和“九零系列”3个阶段，已经“服役”38年。
