中国农业对外开放度的指标与测算:1997～2011年

The Index and Measurement of China's Agricultural Openness to the World

从农业产业特性出发，构建农业对外开放度的衡量指标，进而测算1997-2011年中国农业对外开放度。结果表明：1997～2011年，中国农业对外开放度从5．79％提升到10．72％，提高了近一倍；2000年以来，中国农业对外开放度大幅度提高，大大推动了农业和农产品对外贸易的发展；在扩大农业对外开放进程中，中国应把提升农业对外开放度与优化农业对外开放结构结合起来。

This thesis starts from the characteristics of agriculture and designs an original indictor to measure the openness of agriculture, thereby calculating the China＇s agricultural openness. The results show that China＇s openness of agriculture has increased from 5.79% to 10.72% from1997 to 2011, nearly doubled. It is China＇s further integration with world economy that has upgraded greatly its openness of agriculture, and therefore spurred the agricultural development and foreign trade of agricultural products. It＇s imperative that China should optimize opening structure of agriculture together with the boost of agricultural openness in the effort to expand agricultural openness.
