摘要
随着世界产业结构的变化和市场需求的回落,为保持自身在全球价值网络中的核心地位,跨国公司顺应时代的发展不断地调整其全球战略,以期获得持续动态的竞争优势。从价值链理论出发,具体探讨产业链全球化配置下跨国企业在华价值链调整的新动向,并利用SWOT战略法分析跨国企业在华价值链调整对中国制造业的影响。在跨国公司价值链条下实现中国制造业升级,应培育一批具有规模的强势国际品牌企业,发挥企业联动效应以实现产业整体提升,完善制造业软硬环境,提高外资正向的投资效应。
With the changes of industrial structure and the fallout of market demand, to keep the core status in the global value network, Foreign MNCs adjust its global strategy continuously to adapt to the changing environment to obtain continuous dynamic competitive advantage. Based on the value chain theory, this paper discusses the new trend of the value chain adjustment by Foreign MNCs in China under the background of globalization of knowledge- based economic, and uses the SWOT strategy method to analyze the effect on the upgrading of Chinese manufacturing industry against Foreign MNCs' adjustment of value chain in China. To upgrade Chinese manufacturing industry in the MNC's value chain, we should cultivate a group of scaled enterprises with strong international brands, play the role of enterprise linkage effect to realize industry promotion, improve the manufacturing environment, improve foreign capital positive investment effect.
