高速走丝电火花线切割机床电极丝恒张力控制器的研究

CONSTANT-TENSION CONTROLLER FOR WIRE-CUT ELECTRIC DISCHARGE MACHINE WITH HIGH TRAVELLING SPEED(WEDM-HS)

本文介绍了新研制的WEDM电极丝恒张力控制器’作为机床附件,配置在高速走丝线切割机床上,用来上丝并使丝张紧。经工艺试验和工厂使用证明,采用本恒张力控制器切割工件,有效地改善了表面质量,提高了加工精度和生产率。

In this article, the authors presented a new developed constat-tension controller for wire electrode on WEDM-HS. The controller which isused for an accessory is equipped on WEDM-HS to set up the wire electrode andto keep it tight. The resut of test shows that that surface quality of workpiece can be impro-ved and machining precision and hroductivity incread.
