紫外分光光度法测定空心莲子草中皂苷含量 被引量:2

摘要 目的为开发空心莲子草提供理论依据与应用技术。方法采集浙江缙云,义乌等8个产地空心莲子草,用紫外分光光度法测量皂苷含量。结果湖南长沙宁乡样品皂苷含量最高,平均皂苷含量达到69.5mg·g-1,纬度与皂苷含量呈显著负相关(P<0.05),相关系数为0.7913;6月与10月采集时样品皂苷含量最高,分别达到62.3mg·g-1与60.4mg·g-1。结论不同产地与季节显著影响空心莲子草皂苷含量,从皂苷含量看,最佳采收期为6月与10月。 OBJECTIVE To provide theoretical foundation and applied technology for developing the Alternanthera philoxeroides(Mart.) Griseb.METHODS The samples had been collected from eight different regions including Jinyun and Yiwu in Zhejiang province,the saponin content had been measured by UV spectrophotometry.RESULTS The content in the sample from Changsha in the Hunan province was the highest,the average content was up to 69.5mg·g-1,latitude has the negative correlation with the saponin content;The saponin content was the highest when collected in June and October,which was 62.3mg·g-1 and 60.4mg·g-1 respectively.CONCLUSION The regions and picking time influence the saponin content conspicuously,June and October are the best picking time.
