比浊仪测定硫酸庆大霉素注射液的研究分析

Determination of Gentamycin sulfate injection by turbidimetric apparatus

目的为了更好控制药品质量和指导临床用药,对硫酸庆大霉素注射液的含量进行研究。方法用WBS-100型比浊测定仪测定硫酸庆大霉素的效价。结果 3批样品测定的平均可信限率分别为1.38%、1.13%、1.58%。结论此法测定结果更加准确可靠,可以应用于该产品的质量控制。

OBJECTIVE To develop a diffusion method to determine the gentamycin sulfate injection.METHODS The WBS-100 tester was used to determine the content of gentamycin sulfate.RESULTS Three batches of samples of average rate with confidence limits were 1.38%、1.13%、1.58%.CONCLUSION The results indicate that the diffusion method can be used as quality control because of its convenience,accuracy and quickness.
