HPLC法测定海马巴戟胶囊中淫羊藿苷的含量

Determination of Icariin in Haimabaji Capsules by HPLC

目的建立高效液相色谱法测定海马巴戟胶囊中淫羊藿苷的含量,为该药质量标准研究和完善提供依据。方法 HPLC法测定海马巴戟胶囊中淫羊藿苷含量,色谱柱:ZORBAX SB-C18柱(5μm,4.6mm×250mm)。流动相:乙腈-水(25∶75)为流动相,柱温:35℃,检测波长为270nm,流速:1.0mL·min-1。结果淫羊藿苷浓度在0.00483～0.0483mg·mL-1范围内具有良好线性关系。回归方程为:Y=9694.3X+5.0091,r=0.9968,平均回收率为100.04%(RSD=1.78%)。结论结果表明该方法准确可靠,重现性好,结果稳定。

OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for determination of icariin in Haimabaji Capsule.METHODS ZORBAX SB-C18（5μm,250mm×4.6mm） was used and the mobile phase was CH3CN-H2O（25∶57）.The wavelength of detector was 270nm,the column temperature was 35℃ and the flow rate was 1.0mL·min-1.RESULTS Icariin showed a good linearity in the range of 0.00483～0.0483mg·mL-1,and the regression equation was Y=9.7943X＋5.0091,r=0.9968,the recovery was 100.04%（RSD1.78%）.CONCLUSION The method is simple,rapid,accurate and with good reproducibility.It can be used for the quality control of Haimabaji Capsule.
