延期手术经皮锁定钢板内固定治疗胫骨干中下段骨折26例

Deferred operation and percutaneous locking plate internal fixation used in 26 cases of fracture in middle and distal segment tibia

目的探讨延期手术,经皮锁定钢板内固定治疗胫骨干中下段骨折的疗效。方法本组收集2008年1月至2011年7月收治胫腓骨中下段骨折26例采用延期手术,胫骨经皮锁定接骨板,腓骨钢板内固定治疗。结果经8～18月随访,优18例,良6例,可2例。延迟愈合2例。结论延期手术,胫骨内侧锁定接骨板经皮固定,能有效保护软组织及骨折端血运,避免其他方法缺陷,是较好的治疗方式。

Objective To explore the choise of operation time and internal fixation in fracture, which happened in middle and distal segment tibia. Methods A total of 26 cases selected, which were treated during the period from January 2008 to July 2011, accepted after deferred operation and locking plate internal fixation. Results Follow-up durations ranged from 8 to 18 months. According to Johner-Wruhs score standard, there were excellent in 18, good in 6, fair in 2 and delayed healing in 2 cases. Conclusion Deferred operation and percutaneous locking plate internal fixation system is a satisfactory treatment in these fracture, with limited invasion, reliable fixation, less complication, and high rate of healing.
