经皮肾镜气压弹道联合超声碎石术65例护理配合与体会 被引量:2

摘要 经皮肾镜气压弹道联合超声碎石术(PCNL)是目前治疗复杂肾结石最为有效的一种微创手术方法,将结石粉碎的同时又可以吸出体外,一次性结石清除率高,具有创伤小、出血小、痛苦少、并发症少、安全性高、术后恢复快、住院时间短等优点。我院采用气压弹道超声碎石机对65例肾结石患者实施经皮。肾镜气压弹道联合超声碎石术,取得了较好的治疗效果。手术护理配合的质量是提高微创经皮肾镜取石手术成功率的重要保证。现将手术的护理配合与体会报告如下。
