基于X射线衍射法的棉/粘胶混纺比定量研究

摘要 通过对不同比例的棉/粘胶混合物的X射线衍射光谱谱图研究分析,发现棉特征峰位14.8o、16.3o、22.7o的峰面积与棉含量的比例线性关系不明显。以上述3个特征峰的峰面积为参比因素,构建了5个特征值,其中有3个特征值与棉/粘胶混合物中棉含量具有较好的相关性。实际验证试验表明,第4个特征值和第5个特征值与棉含量线性相关性良好,利用该特征值与棉含量的线性方程可以确定棉/粘胶混合物中棉的含量。 The study of X-ray diffraction of cotton/viscose showed that the linear relationship between the characteristic peaks cotton (14.8°, 16.3°, 22.7°) and the content of cotton were not clear. Five characteristic parameters were constructed from the three peak areas and three of which had good linear relationship with the cotton content. Further demonstration tests showed that the relationship between the fourth and fifth characteristic parameters and the cotton content was good, and the derived linear equation could be used to determine the cotton/viscose blend ratio.
