摘要
针对钢管保护环现有制造工艺在效率、质量及产品可生产规格范围等方面存在的局限性,开发了一种新的钢管保护环生产工艺。该工艺主要特点是在工件L折弯成型过程中采用了辊弯替代数控压力折弯。采用连续辊压加工,便于将开卷、压平矫直、辊压边、定尺下料4个工序进行集成设计,并按照一定的速度要求进行新工艺的自动化流水作业设计。生产实践表明,新工艺有效提高了保护环的成材率以及生产效率,同时还扩大了保护环的规格范围。
Aimed at limitation of current production process of steel pipe protector existed in efficiency,quality,product range and etc.,a new kind of production process was developed.The main charateristic of this process is adopting roll bending to replace numerical control pressure bend during L benging forming.Continuous rolling processing can easily conduct integration design for uncoiling,flattening and straightening,rolling edge,sizing and blanking,and carry out automatic line prodution design for new process according to certain speed.The production practice showed that the new process effectively increased rate of finished product and production efficiency of protector ring,meanwhile expanding product scope which can be produced.
