摘要
印度西孟加拉邦加尔各答Sagardighi电站建设工程2×300 MW机组,主蒸汽管道采用SA335P91钢,规格Φ455 mm×50 mm,由于SA335P91钢中Cr和Mo含量较高,具有较高的淬硬倾向和冷裂倾向,导致其可焊性差,在不预热的条件下焊接时极易产生冷裂纹。根据主蒸汽管道SA335P91钢焊接工艺的特点及现场施焊中焊接质量存在的问题,制定了合理的焊接工艺,强调了主蒸汽管道SA335P91钢焊接质量控制、焊缝硬度值和焊缝金相组织检验。
The Φ455 mm×50 mm SA335P91 steel was used in 2×300 MW unit of Sagardighi Thermal Power Plants,Kolkata,India.SA335P91 steel is with high quench hardening and cold crack tendency due to high content of Cr and Mo,which cause bad weldability for SA335P91 steel,cold cracks generate easily when SA335P91 steel is welded without preheating.According to welding process characteristics of the main stream pipeline SA335P91 steel and some problems existed in site welding,it set up the reasonable welding process,emphasized welding quality control,hardness value of weld,and metallographic structure test.
