米糠制油、半连续式物理精炼与混合脂肪酸精馏分离工艺研究及应用 被引量:1

摘要 综述了我国的米糠资源情况以及米糠油的营养价值,并报道了采用挤压膨化-浸出技术所建成的目前国内最大规模(200 t/d)的单条米糠制油生产线。对米糠毛油采用半连续式物理精炼技术与混合脂肪酸连续精馏分离技术相结合的工艺,在获得精炼米糠油的同时,还得到工业油酸、工业硬脂酸和粗制糠蜡等高附加值产品。 The rice bran resource in China and the nutritional value of rice bran oil were reviewed. The most large - scale production line with a daily processing capacity of 200 t rice bran based on the technol- ogy of extrusion - expansion followed by solvent - extraction was introduced. With the application of semi - continuous physical refining technology combined with continuous distillation of mixed fatty acids, the crude rice bran oil was refined, while other high value -added byproducts such as industrial oleic acid, industrial stearic acid and crude bran wax could be obtained as well.
