摘要 对超声辅助乙醇提取花生壳中黄酮的工艺进行了研究。采用单因素试验考察了料液比、乙醇体积分数、超声功率和超声时间对黄酮提取率的影响,并在此基础上采用正交试验对工艺条件进行了优化。在优化的工艺条件下,考察了十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)、吐温-60和吐温-80表面活性剂对黄酮提取率的影响。结果表明,在料液比1∶30、乙醇体积分数70%、超声功率120 W、超声时间40 min、提取温度70℃、SDS加入量4 g/L条件下,黄酮提取率达2.15%,比单纯超声提取(1.42%)可提高51.4%,证明表面活性剂可显著提高超声提取花生壳中黄酮的效果。 Ultrasonic assisted ethanol extraction of flavonoids from peanut hull was studied. The effects of solid -liquid ratio, ethanol volume fraction, ultrasonic power and ultrasonic time on the extraction rate of flavonoids were investigated by single factor experiment, and the extraction parameters were optimized by orthogonal 1, test. Under the best conditions, the influences of surfactants of SDS, Tween -60 and Tween - 80 on the extraction rate of flavonoids were illustrated. The results showed that under the best conditions of solid - liquid ratio 1 : 30, ethanol volume fraction 70%, ultrasonic power 120 W, ultrasonic time 40 rain, extraction temperature 70℃, the extraction rate of flavonoids was 1.42%. By adding SDS 4 g/L, the extraction rate of flavonoids could be improved by 51.4% to 2.15%, which indicated that surfactant could improve the effect of ultrasonic extraction of flavonoids from peanut hull markedly.
