摘要
为预防和减少压力对员工个人和组织造成的消极影响,员工压力管理已成为现代企业管理关注的一个重要议题。电销人员流失给保险企业运营管理带来了培训成本增大、企业资源浪费、影响在岗员工情绪和团队士气等负面影响。保险电销人员流失率较高的现状充分说明,电销人员压力管理问题应引起高度关注。运用压力管理系统分析理论,应该从加强人员甄选、畅通纾解渠道、提高员工满意度、增强员工的归属感、提供职业生涯规划、加强情绪管理、进行有效离职面谈等方面入手,加强保险电销人员压力管理。
In order to prevent and reduce the negative impact of pressure on individual employees and organizations, the employee stress management has become an important issue for modern enterprise management. The loss of electricity sales staff has brought various problems to the insurance business operation management, such as the increased training costs, enterprise resource waste, emotional marketing staff in post and even negative impact on team morals. The status quo of high turnover rate in insurance sales shows that the personnel stress man- agement problem should be paid more attention to. Based on strengthening the personnel selection, smoothing open relief channels, improving employee satisfaction, and enhancing sense of staff belonging, career planning, emotional management, effective exit interviews etc. , the author suggests that only by applying pressure management system analysis theory, can we effectively build an insurance sales staff pressure management system.
