摘要
一名合格的企业文化内训师应具备7个方面的基本素质:对本组织企业文化的高度认同及良好的理解力,良好的语言表达与沟通能力,良好的分析问题与解决问题的能力,较强的活动组织及策划能力,良好的亲和力与自我约束力,较强的培训课程开发能力,良好的信息技术运用能力和PPT制作能力。
A qualified corporate culture trainer should equip with the following fundamental qualities: firstly, the trainer should highly identify with the corporate culture and understand it better; secondly, she/he should have language and commu- nication competence; thirdly, she/he should have capacity to analyze problems and solve them; fourthly, she/he should have capacity to organize activities; fifthly, she/he should be friendly to others and have self-discipline; sixthly, she/he should gain competence in training course development and finally, she/he should have the ability to use information technology and to make PPT.
