摘要
为了提高知识产权管理的有效性,降低知识产权管理成本,通过对知识产权管理现状的分析和实际调研,阐述了目前人工管理知识产权方面面临的问题,实现了一种基于Web的知识产权管理系统,重点研究了系统的通用性、扩展性,给出各层的具体实现方法并开发出原型系统,应用结果表明,该系统可以有效的提高知识产权管理的工作效率。
In order to improve the effectiveness of intellectual property management, reduce the cost of intellectual property management, through the analysis of the status of intellectual property management and practical research on the problems faced by artificial management of intellectual property rights, a Web-based Intellectual Property Management System, focusing on the system＇s versatility, sca/ability, given the layers of concrete implementation methods and the development of a prototype system, application results show that the system can effectively improve the efficiency in the management of intellectual property.
