摘要
介绍了海洋石油工程建设的复杂环境和面临的形势,并对工程建设质量问题和原因进行分析,提出了加强工程质量监督管理措施,保证海洋石油建设工程质量。
An introduction is given to the complicated environment and the situation of offshore oil engineering construction. Then the analysis is carried out about the quality problem and causes of engineering construction. Finally, some measures to strengthen the su- pervision and management of engineering quality are put forward so as to ensure the quality of offshore oil engineering construction.
