Improving Diagnostic Ability of QC Group Activity and Ensuring the Quality of Result Evaluation

一名合格的QC小组诊断师作为QC小组的引领者,应接受过系统正规的诊断师培训,熟练掌握QC小组的活动程序,熟悉统计工具的用途和绘制方法,能够准确区分"问题解决型"与"创新型"小组活动程序之间的差异,善于发现质量工具应用不到位的问题。在成果评审时能够抓住主要症结,提出让人信服的意见和建议,进而达到帮助小组提高活动水平和成果交流、提高、推广的目的。

A qualified diagnostician of QC group, as a leader of QC group, should have received the formal and systematic training of diagnostician. Specifically he or she should have the activity sequence of QC group at his or her finger ends, be familiar with the us- age and drawing method of statistic tools, and can accurately distinguish the differences of group activities between ＂type of solution to problem＂ and ＂type of creation＂ and be good at discovering the problem of quality tool application not in place. Besides, diagnosti- cian should be able to grasp the key problem in the valuation of results, put forward some convincing suggestions, and thus reach the goal of helping QC group improve the level of activities and enhancing the communication, promotion and popularization of results.
