分析了长输管道油品交接采样、密度测定、流量计系数使用、管输损耗处理、混油处理等方面存在的质量问题和争议,并针对性地提出了管理措施,对问题的解决有借鉴意义。

Analyses are carried out on some problems and disputes existing in the aspects of transfer sampling, density measurement, the use of flowmeter coefficients, the treatment of pipeline ullage, and the treatment of mixed contamination. And then some corre- sponding management measures are put forward based on the above problems, which have some reference function in the solution to the problems.
