On the Strategies of Improving the Emergency Management of Drilling Well Control

从应急管理生命周期阶段特点出发,通过分析钻井井控应急管理全程化的客观要求,指出井控应急管理实践中的易见缺口,为实现"安心应急、有能力应急、按程序应急、会快速应急"的管理目标,对现场井控应急管理中亟待解决的困惑、问题和矛盾进行剖析并给出相应解决措施。

According to the phase characteristics of emergency management cycles, the objective demands of complete emergency management about the drilling well control are analyzed, and then some visible deficiencies in the emergency management practice of well control are presented. In order to realize the management targets of ＂meeting an emergency securely, being able to meet an e- mergency, meeting en emergency according to the sequence, and meeting emergency quickly＂, deep analyses are carried out about the puzzle, problems and contradictions demanding prompt solutions in the emergency management of spot well control, followed by the presentation of corresponding solutions.
