摘要
油库建设项目工艺复杂、危险性大,涉及的危险作业程序较多。根据中国海洋石油总公司HSE管理体系中对承包商管理的要求,结合现场实际,从资格预审、承包商选定、入场教育、过程监督、考核奖惩等多个方面,探讨油库建设工程承包商HSE管理,并对承包商HSE管理工作提出几点认识。
0il storage construction project, with complex technology and a great danger, involves numerous dangerous sequences. Ac- cording to the demands for contractor management in the HSE management system of China Offshore Petroleum General Corporation, as well as the field actual conditions, HSE management of contractors in oil storage construction project is discussed from several as- pects like prequalification, selection of contractors, entrance education, process supervision, reward and punishment based on exami- nation. Finally, some opinions are presented to HSE management of contractors.
