从寒温理论沟通看厥阴主风病机与乌梅类方活用之理论探讨

On pathogenesis of Jueyin system diseases caused by endogenous wind elements and the application of Wumei-oriented prescrptions in the perspective of Symptom-complex Differentiation and Treatments in Shanghan Lun and Wenbing Xue

文章基于江西泰斗姚荷生寒温汇通思想,从寒温内外皆有厥阴病变的立场出发,对以乌梅丸为代表的厥阴阴阳错杂方证,从生理病理到辨症用方,进行了系统梳理,突出强调了厥阴主病不只阴阳错杂且有肝风内扰,厥阴主方不仅燮理阴阳且能敛肝熄风;对厥阴病复杂多变,比较了伤寒、温病与内伤杂病由于病因差异,以致各自的阴阳错杂,会产生寒热虚实不同偏转的情况;进而提出厥阴主证主方,不限于乌梅丸证一例,而是包括连梅饮证、椒梅汤证、安胃丸证等在内的一组乌梅类方方证系列;最后对乌梅类方临床运用中容易产生疑惑的若干问题做了简要的解答。

On the understanding of Shanghan Lun and Wenbing Xue the Jiangxi learning authority YAO He-sheng discovered the complementary effects of Shanghan Lun and Wenbing Xue in symptom-complex differentiation and treatments.Based on such a finding and the fact that Jueyin（one of the six meridians in traditional Chinese medicine） diseases could be intrigued by coldness,warmness,exogenous or endogenous elements,the article researches on the pathogenesis of Jueyin diseases and how different symptoms pertain with different treatments,followed by a comprehensive analysis of Wumei Pills and related prescriptions in reducing coldness and warmness inside the body to resume the balance of yin and yang.The author states that Jueyin diseases incur not only an imbalance between yin and yang but also a disorder of endogenous wind elements in the liver and prescriptions to Jueyin diseases could help to address both problems.Since Jueyin diseases could be caused by a set of various reasons as mentioned above,resulting in yin-yang and coldness-warmness imbalances inside the body,treatments to Jueyin diseases shall not be confined to Wumei pills but should also include a series of modified derivatives including Huanglian Wumei Decoction,Chuanjiao Wumei Decoction and Anwei Pellets（a treatment of stomach diseases）.In addition,the article briefly addresses some puzzles in the application of Wumei-oriented prescriptions in clinical practises.
