通过对《素问》原文进行认真研读,探讨《素问》中的量值理论和定量辨证思想,其中包括丰富的量化语言文字描述,比较成熟系统的关于人体阴阳、正邪、体质等方面的生理病理量值描述,详实的定量辨证的具体思维方法,以及关于定量辨证对临床的指导意义的论述。显示了《黄帝内经》较高的量化研究成就,体现了《黄帝内经》高屋建瓴、整体把握的思维特点,也反映了中医学量值描述和定量辨证理论的渊源和特征。这些理论对中医学定量辨证理论研究和运用具有重要的指导价值。

By earnestly reading the original text of Suwen,this paper priliminarily explored on the quantity value theory and the idea of quantitative syndrome differentiation in Suwen,and found that the book includes a lot of quantitative language,and quantitative description in physical and pathological way about Yin and Yang,Zheng and Xie and constitution in relatively mature system,and also contains specific thinking methods of quantitative syndrome differentiation,and brilliant exposition which can instruct in clinic.This revealed the relative significant achievements in quantitative research and the holistic feature of Huangdi Neijing and also manifests the history and features of TCM in quantity value description and quantitative syndrome differentiation.This theory will offer vital instructive value to the research of quantitative syndrome differentiation.
