温潜法治疗老年高血压病思路探讨

Research thinking of warming and settling method for treatment of elderly hypertension

老年高血压病作为老年人发病率最高的疾病之一,严重影响了老年人的生活质量。与中青年患者相比,老年高血压病的发病机制、临床表现和预后等方面均具有一定特殊性。高血压病属于中医学"眩晕"、"头痛"等范畴,传统治疗方法对老年高血压病并不理想。文章提出肾阳虚衰是老年高血压病的重要病理基础,其主要病机为阳虚火浮,温潜法是治疗该病的重要治法。文章初步探讨了温潜法的历史源流及在老年高血压病临床治疗中的应用方法及方药,为该病的治疗提供了新思路。

Elderly hypertension as one of the highest incidence of disease in older people,seriously impact the quality of the elderly life.Compared with young patients of hypertension,the pathogenesis,clinical manifestation,prognosis and so on of elderly hypertension have certain particularity.Hypertension belongs to TCM＇vertigo＇,＇headache＇category.The traditional methods of treatment on elderly hypertension are not ideal.The article puts forward that deficiency of kidney yang is the pathological basis of elderly hypertension,the important pathogenesis of elderly hypertension is yang deficiency and fire floating,the warming and settling method is an important method for treatment of elderly hypertension.Preliminary discusses the historical origin of warming and settling method,and discusses the method and prescriptions in clinical treatment of this disease.A new idea of treatment for elderly hypertension is promoted.
