基于文本挖掘技术的高血压病中成药与西药用药规律分析

Regularity of clinical medication of hypertension analyzed with text mining approach

目的:使用文本挖掘技术探索高血压病中成药、西药的用药规律。方法:在中国生物医学文献数据中检索高血压相关文献,利用专有的文本工具进行信息提取,通过反复清洗,去除噪音,分析治疗高血压病的常用中药、中成药、西药及中成药、西药配伍使用情况。结果:治疗高血压病最常用的中药是天麻、钩藤,最常用的中成药是丹参注射液和珍菊降压片,最常用的西药是卡托普利和硝苯地平,最常用的中成药、西药配伍是卡托普利和珍菊降压片、硝苯地平和珍菊降压片。结论:使用文本挖掘技术能够得到符合临床实际的治疗高血压病的常用中药、中成药、西药、中成药与西药配伍,为探索中成药、西药治疗高血压病用药规律提供文献学支持。

Objective： To explore the regularity of clinical medication in treatment of hypertension analyzed with text mining approach.Methods： Literatures on hypertension in CBM were collected.The Chinese herbs,Chinese patent drugs,western medicine and combination drugs of Chinese patent drugs and western medicine treating hypertension were extracted and processed to remove data noise.And then the regularity of Chinese herbs,Chinese patent drugs and west medicine in treatment of hypertension was analyzed.Results： Gastrodia elata and uncaria rhynchophylla were commonly used in sequence from high to low as Chinese herbs.Injection of red sage root and Zhenju Jiangya tablet were commonly used in sequence from high to low as Chinese patent drugs.Captopril and Nifedipine were commonly used in sequence from high to low as west medicine.The combination of Captopril and Zhenju Jiangya Tablet,Nifedipine and Zhenju Jiangya Tablet were commonly used in sequence from high to low as combination drugs of Chinese patent drugs and western medicine.Conclusion： The commonly used Chinese herbs,Chinese patent drugs,western medicine and combination drugs of Chinese patent drugs and western medicine in treatment of hypertension can be analyzed by text mining approach which could provide the proof of literature for analyze the regularity of clinical medication in treatment of hypertension.
