摘要
目的:对细辛单味药外用的适应症和制备方法进行文献分析。方法:以CNKI、VIP数据库为依据,以细辛、外用、临床研究、制备方法等为关键词,查阅数据库中20年相关文献。结果:细辛外用主要用于治疗口腔溃疡,且以外用于神阙穴或涌泉穴为主;亦可用于治疗呼吸系统的喘咳症,消化系统的腹痛、腹泻、消化不良等;以及外用散结、活血、止头痛、预防感冒等。其外用剂型以传统散剂为主。结论:细辛外用的临床适应症较为广泛,外用剂型仍然停留在传统散剂范畴,开发细辛新型外用制剂具有一定的优势。
Objective： Review and analysis of external using Asarum for common clinical indications and ITS preparation method.Methods： We consulted CNKI,VIP database in recent 20 years,and made Asarum,topical,clinical research,preparation methods as the key words.Results： The Asarum was topical mainly used for Shenque point or Yongquan to treat mouth ulcers.It was also applicated for the treatment of respiratory system in asthma and cough,abdominal pain,diarrhea,digestive system,indigestion,promoting blood circulation,prevent cold,and headache.Conclusion： Asarum external clinical indications are more extensive.The development of Asarum new topical formulations has certain advantages.
