汽车拖拉机差速器优化设计

摘要 以最小空间回转体积为优化目标,建立汽车拖拉机差速器优化设计数学模型,约束条件全面考虑了边界、性能、安装及结构工艺诸方面的因素,优化方法采用混合离散变量法。给出直齿圆锥齿轮角变位系数的计算公式与设计实例。 In this paper, the mathematical model of optimal design fordifferential of auto & tractor was established. The authors took the minimungyroidal space volume as optimal object and used the mixed discrete variablesoptimization. The constrained conditions include the restraints of boundary,performance, mounting and structure technology. The formulas for calculatingthe modification coefficients of straight bevel gear with shaft angle modificationwere also provided.
