老年人髋关节周围手术的临床麻醉

The Clinical Anesthesia of Elderly Around the Hip Joint Surgery

目的:研究老年人髋关节周围手术的麻醉处理。方法:选取老年人髋关节周围手术患者100例,采用连续硬膜外和全身麻醉。结果:100例患者均顺利完成手术,平均手术时间125min,术后无严重并发症。结论:老年人髋关节周围手术麻醉方式的选择要根据患者的术前情况来决定,硬膜外阻滞相较来说更加安全。

Objective： To study the treatment of anesthesia surgery which around the hip joint ot elderly.lVletnotls： 3elect l uu etuer/y pauems WhO neeu the around the hip joint surgery using continuous epidural and general anesthesia.Results： 100 patients were successfully completed the surgery, and the mean operative time was 125 min with no serious complications after surgery.Conclusion： The choice of the elderly around the hip joint surgery anesthesia should be determined according to the patient＇s preoperative epidural state and anesthesia is more secure.
