肌注哌替啶导致患者心脏骤停1例

A Case of Cardiac Arrest Induced by Intramuscular Injection Meperidine

哌替啶是外科手术后患者止痛的一种常用药物,而这种药物导致患者心脏骤停的报道还是很少见,收治1例因行双侧股动脉切开取栓术,手术后肌注哌替啶止痛导致患者呼吸、心跳骤停并复苏成功的病例。老年人药物代谢率减慢及对药物的敏感性增强是导致患者心脏骤停的直接原因。治疗关键要及时、准确、合理用药挽救患者生命。

Pethidine is a common drug of relieveing the pain after the patient do operation, and the drug lead to cardiac arrest report is still very rare.We treat a case by working of the bilateral femoral artery incision to take the blood clot out, Intramuscular injection meperidine to relieve the pain, but the drug lead to patient breathing stop and cardiac arrest and we rescue the patient life successfully, the direct reason is that the old drug metabolism rate is slow and the drug sensitivity is increased.The key of treatment is timely, accurate and rational drug used to save patient life.
