摘要
本文通过对黑龙江寿险市场调查,总结了寿险销售误导的主要表现形式以及主要特点,从中国消费环境、保险业发展阶段、现行保险营销体制下的利益驱动等三个方面,剖析了销售误导产生的根源。同时,将综合治理销售误导作为寿险业长治久安的固本兴业之策,并从倡导"绿色保险发展"之路、稳妥审慎推进营销体制改革,切实突出综合治理重点和难点,建立起行业内综合治理工作互动机制,努力打造保险市场主体共同治理销售误导工作格局等方面寻求治理对策。
Based on the life insurance market survey of Heilongjiang Province, this article summarizes the main forms and characteristics of life insurance sales misleading and anlyzes their causes from the perspectives of Chinese consumption environment, insurance industry development stage and the benefit drive under the current insurance marketing system. At the same time, the paper suggests comprehensive treatment of sales misleading should be the enterprise-consolidating strategy for the stable and durable development of life insurance industry and seeks for its countermeasures from such aspects as the advocacy of "green insurance development" way, safely prudent promotion of marketing system reform, highlighting the comprehensive control keys and difficulties, establishment of the interactive mechanism for the comprehensive treatment, and creating a structure to co-govern the main body in insurance market.
