摘要
目的研究S100A2蛋白在不同分化程度肺腺癌组织中的表达,阐明其与肺腺癌分化程度的关系。方法以16例正常肺组织为对照,采用免疫组织化学方法(SP法)检测45例不同分化程度肺腺癌中S100A2的蛋白表达水平。结果 S100A2在16例正常组织中不表达,在26例高分化肺腺癌组织和19例低分化肺腺癌组织中阳性表达率分别为46.2%、84.2%,肿瘤与正常组织表达差异有显著性(P<0.05),低分化组与高分化组表达差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 S100A2蛋白在高分化肺腺癌组织和低分化组织表达显著增加,提示S100A2可作为判断肺癌生物学行为的重要参考指标。
Objective To study the expression of S100A2 protein in the lung adenocarcinoma tissue with different differentiation degree,and illustrate the relationship between the expression and the differentiation of the lung adenocarcinoma tissue.Methods Compared with 16 cases of normal lung tissue,detect the expression of S100A2 protein in 45 cases of lung adenocarcinoma tissue with different differentiation degree using the immunohistochemistry technique.Results S100A2 protein is not expressed in most normal tissues,but the expression rate is 46.2% in 26 well differentiated tissue,and is 84.2% in 19 poor differentiated tissue.The different expression between the lung adenocarcinoma tissue and normal tissue is significant(P0.05),and so is the different expression between well differentiated tissue and poor differentiated tissue.Conclusion S100A2 protein express increased significantly both in the well differentiated tissue and poor differentiated tissue.It shows that S100A2 protein can be used as important references for judging lung cancer biology behavior.
