无氧耐力运动状态下延缓机体血乳酸积累的训练方法探索 被引量:4

摘要 通过发展非原动肌群慢肌纤维有氧清除乳酸的能力,探索无氧耐力运动中,延缓血乳酸快速积累的训练方法.两组受试者在提高糖酵解能力的基础上,实验组增加小力量训练方法,发展非原动肌群的慢肌纤维,提高其清除血乳酸的能力.通过测试原动肌群丙酮酸激酶活性、非原动肌群苹果酸脱氢酶活性、400 m跑定量负荷后血乳酸浓度、400 m跑极量负荷后血乳酸清除速率等指标进行分析比较.结果表明:在发展原动肌群糖酵解能力的基础上,充分发展非原动肌群慢肌纤维有氧清除乳酸的能力,对于延缓运动中乳酸过快积累,是一种行之有效的训练方法. This study mainly concerns the training method of slowing the accumulation of blood lactate in anaerobic endurance exercises through developing the aerobic lactate-eliminating capacity of slow-switch fibers of non-prime mover muscles.By means of improving the basis of glycolysis capacity,strengthening training of small force and developing the slow-switch fibers of non-prime mover muscles,the subjects in two groups can improve the capacity of eliminating blood lactate.After testing the liveness of pyruvate kinase in prime mover muscles and that of malate dehydrogenase(MDH) in non-prime mover muscles and the concen-tration of the blood lactate after their fixed quantitative load 400-meter running and their speed of eliminat-ing blood lactate after their maximum load 400-meter running,it was found,an effective way to slow the ac-cumulation of lactate in exercises and fully develop the aerobic lactate-eliminating capacity of slow switch fibers of non-prime mover muscles on the basis of developing the glycolysis capacity of prime mover muscles.
