荸荠组培苗、原生苗植株生理特性、产量及品质比较研究 被引量:3

Comparative Studying of Experimental on Physiological Characteristics,Yield and Quality Between Eleocharis tuberosa Tissue Culture Seedlings and Natural Seedlings

摘要 对荸荠组培苗、原生苗植株生理特性、球茎产量及品质进行了比较研究.结果表明,荸荠组培苗与原生苗相比,在生理特性、产量和品质方面均有显著的提高.分蘖率提高19.65%,株高降低5.49%,叶状茎含水量提高5.04%,叶绿素含量增加0.25 mg/g,可溶性糖含量提高0.31%.组培苗球茎含水量增加5.54%,可溶性糖含量提高3.58%,淀粉含量增加1.34%,粗纤维含量降低1.15%.荸荠组培苗大果率提高24.63%,单位面积产量提高15.30%.研究认为,荸荠组培苗分蘖能力强.苗高均匀,整齐度高,抗性较高,新陈代谢能力强,组培球茎甜、脆、渣少、汁多,组织培养使荸荠优良种性状得到恢复. Comparative studying of experiment on characteristics,yield and quality between tissue culture seeding and natural seedling of Eleocharist buberosa.The result indicated that comparative experimental study on physiology characters and quality of corm between Eleocharis tuberosa of tissue culture seedling and natural seedling physiological characteristics,yield and quality of Eleocharist buberosa of tissuse culture seeding have significantly improved.The tillering rate is improved 19.65%;the plant height is reduced 5.49%;the leaf-stem is increased 5.04%;the chlorophyll content is heightened 0.25 mg/g;the content of sol-uble sugar is increased 0.31%.The moisture of the corm of tissue culture is raised 5.54%;Its soluble sugar,starch content and crude fiber were increased 3.58%,34% and 1.15% respectively.The big fruit rate is im-proved 24.63%;the yield is enhanced 15.30%.The research show that tissue culture seedling of Eleocharis tuberosa has very strong tillering ability;the seedling has uniform,high evenness degree,better resistance and very strong metabolism.The corm of tissue culture has more sweet,crisp,succulency and less slag.Tis-sue culture make the fine variety traits of Eleocharis tuberosa be restored.
