THE STUDY AND MANUFACTURE OF THE 5ZV JOINED V-BELT MEASURE LENGTH MACHINE

介绍国内首次研制的5ZV15J联组窄V带测长机的设计原理、控制系统和机械结构,进行了误差分析、动态特性分析,证明符合ISO精度要求,是提高胶带质量。

The designing theory, controling system and machanism struc-tures of the 5ZV15J joined V-belt measure length machine of the first study inour country are presented in this article. Through analysis for the error and movements characteristic,it is correspond-ing to accurate demand in ISO. The machine is a key equipment to improve thebelt quality and to lengthen its work life.
