我国教师信息素养研究现状综述

An Overview of the Researches in Information Technology Literacy of Chinese Teachers

有关我国教师信息素养的研究表明,目前大陆教师的信息素养的信息意识以及信息道德水平较高,但是除信息技术教师外,非信息技术教师的信息知识以及信息能力特别是综合运用以及创造能力有待提高。我国教师信息素养研究的现状同时还表明,研究仍存在一些不足之处,如研究多局限于现状调查、必要性及培养策略的探讨等方面,对信息素养的其他方面比如评价体系等方面的研究仍有所欠缺;研究方法方面,以文献综述、问卷调查的方法为主,研究手段仍需进一步丰富,建议综合采用访谈、专家评价等多种方法;多数采用问卷调查方法的研究,多为自编问卷,问卷各维度不统一,且未报告信度、效度等指标,研究方法的科学性仍有待提高;个别问卷的内容未从教师角度设计,不够贴近教学实际,因而可能影响调查结果的真实性。

The researches in question find that Chinese teachers enjoy high-level information awareness and information moral while most of them are relatively weak in their ability of comprehensive and creative use of information.The researches per se need some improvement： evaluation system of information technology literacy has seldom been concerned;in terms of methodology,interview and expert judgement are seldom adopted and the compilation of questionnaire fails to observe some fundamental principles.
