摘要
电解锰工业生产过程产生严重的环境污染与生态问题,国内电解锰废水处理技术相对落后。与中国环境科学研究院合作,基于离子交换原理,采用先进的工业控制技术设计了一套电解锰废水自动化处理系统,实现了电解锰废水自动化处理与重金属资源化利用,现场运行表明该系统满足排放标准,实现了电解锰清洁化生产。
Electrolytic manganese industry production process generates serious environmental pollution and ecological problems, domestic electrolytic manganese waste water treatment technology is relatively backward.Cooperation with the Chinese re- search academy of environmental sciences,an automated processing system of electrolytic manganese wastewater based on ion exchange method is designed to meet the requirement of wastewater treatment and resource utilization.
