摘要
采用PLC控制气动系统,由于气动回路本身包含的逻辑,在出现PLC断电或者系统失电的情况下,如果没有考虑到气缸的停止状态与复位动作,回路会产生误动作,导致系统故障。结合应用经验,剖析了7个常见的PLC控制气动回路在失电与重新上电后,气缸的停止状态与复位时的动作,为应用提供借鉴。
Using PLC control pneumatic system,owing to pneumatic circuit logic itself,in PLC power failure or system power loss situation,without considering cylinder stop position and reset action,the system will generate malfunction and result in failure. Combining with the application experience,this paper analyzes the cylinder stop motion and reset action of 7 common PLC control pneumatic circuits in the loss of power,provided as reference for application.
