摘要
针对洗煤设备老化,自动化程度低,洗煤效率低、质量差等问题,采用PLC为核心控制器,触摸屏为人机界面对该设备控制系统进行改造。将洗煤自生介质的密度作为被控量来调节电动调节水阀,实现自生介质密度控制,通过圆筒筛矸石厚度检测来调节变频器频率以调节圆筒筛转速。经改造后,提高了该系统自动化程度及洗选煤效率和质量。现场运行情况良好。
Aim at the problem that coal washing equipment aging,automation degree and efficiency is low,the coal washing poor quality and so on.Using PLC as core controller,touch screen as human-interface to reform control system of the equip- ment.Taking the density of autogenous medium as control volume to adjust the electric regulator,realize the density control of autogenous medium.Through adjust the Inverter frequency by detect the thickness of waste rock of cylinder sieve to ad- iust the speed of cylinder sieve.
