中医药外治法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎研究进展

Recent Progress on Traditional Chinese Medicine External Treatment in Knee Osteoarthritis

膝关节骨性关节炎是一种以膝关节软骨退变和继发性骨质增生为主的慢性关节病变。中医药外治法治疗本病,具有活血化瘀通络,祛风散寒除湿,补益肝肾,强筋健骨等功效,临床疗效显著。本文从针灸治疗、针刀治疗、推拿治疗、热熨治疗、离子导入、穴位贴敷、中药熏蒸等几方面,对近年来中医药外治法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎进行了简要的综述。
