清消汤治疗中晚期肺癌对照观察

Qingxiao Decoction Treatment of Advanced Lung Cancer Controlled Observation

[目的]观察清消汤治疗中晚期肺癌的疗效。[方法]62例患者分为两组,治疗组和对照组。治疗组在对症及营养支持治疗的基础上,给予清消汤口服;对照组对症及营养支持治疗。两组均以30d为1疗程,连续3个月,3个月后观察癌瘤病灶变化情况、生存质量(KPS)评分、体重改变情况。[结果]治疗组瘤体稳定率56.2%,体重改变的总有效率65.7%;对照组分别为23.3%、36.7%;(KPS)评分提高率分别为87.5%、56.7%。[结论]清消汤能够缓解肺癌患者的临床症状,改善患者生存质量,延缓生存期,与化疗药物配合应用,能提高化疗药物的缩瘤效果并减轻药物毒副反应。

[Objective] To observe the efficacy of Qingxiao decoction treatment of advanced lung cancer.[Method] 62 patients were divided into two groups,the treatment group and the control group.Treatment group on the basis of symptomatic treatment and nutritional support,give Qingxiao decoction orally;symptomatic treatment and nutritional support of the control group.Both groups 30d for a course of treatment,for three consecutive months,three months after the changes observed carcinoid tumor lesions,quality of life（KPS） score,weight change situation.[Results] The treatment group tumor stable rate of 56.2%,the weight change total efficiency of 65.7%;control group were 23.3%,36.7%;（KPS） score improved rate of 87.5%,56.7%,respectively.[Conclusion] Qingxiao decoction can alleviate clinical symptoms of lung cancer patients,improve the patient＇s quality of life,delaying the survival period,with the application of the chemotherapy drugs can improve shrink tumor effects of chemotherapy drugs and reduce drug toxicity.
