急性乳腺炎的中西医结合护理体会

The Acute Mastitis combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine Nursing Experience

[目的]总结急性乳腺炎的中西医结合护理措施。[方法]从饮食、情志、哺乳方法、切开后换药等方面进行护理,同时加强对发热、疼痛等症状的护理,并且对孕产期妇女进行卫生教育。[结果]35例患者中33例均于1～4周内出院,有2例并发乳瘘者形成瘘腔,但坚持抗炎、换药,随访2个月,切口愈合。[结论]对急性乳腺炎采取有针对性的中西医结合护理措施,是有效预防和治疗急性乳腺炎的重要保障。

[Objective] To summarize the acute mastitis Integrative care measures.[Methods] From the diet,emotions,breastfeeding method,cut dressing care,while enhancing care for symptoms such as fever,pain,and women for maternal health education.[Results] Of the 35 patients,33 cases were discharged in 1~4 weeks,two cases of concurrent milk fistula fistula cavity is formed,but insisted that the anti-inflammatory,dressing up for 2 months,wound healing.[Conclusion] Acute mastitis take targeted Integrative care measures,is an important guarantee for the effective prevention and treatment of acute mastitis.
