摘要
类风湿性关节炎是一种以慢性、对称性、多关节炎为特征的全身性自身免疫病。主要病变以滑膜为主,手足小关节受累多见。属中医"痹证"范畴。根据症候特点,将类风湿性关节炎进行辨证分型护理,确立施护原则,从对症、情感、饮食等方面实施个性化辨证护理。
Rheumatoid arthritis is a chronic,symmetry,polyarthritis characterized by systemic autoimmune disease.The main pathological synovial,foot and small joint involvement.＂Bi＂category in traditional Chinese medicine.According to the characteristics of the syndrome,rheumatoid arthritis by syndrome differentiation nursing,establish the nursing principles,from a symptomatic,emotion,diet and so the implementation of personalized nursing.
