针刺治疗便秘型肠易激综合征对照研究

Acupunture Treatment of Constipation-predominant Irritable Bowel Syndrome Clinical Observation

[目的]观察针刺天枢、上巨虚、太冲和足三里治疗便秘型肠易激综合征的临床疗效。[方法]将患者分为针刺治疗组跟西药聚乙二醇电解质散剂(舒泰清)对照组,疗程2周,观察疗效。[结果]治疗组显效7例,有效9例,无效2例,总有效率88.9%;对照组显效6例,有效8例,无效4例,总有效率77.80%。两组比较,治疗组优于对照组。[结论]针刺天枢、上巨虚、太冲和足三里对治疗便秘型肠易激综合征有良好的临床疗效。

[Objective] To observe the acupuncture Tianshu,Shangjuxu,Taichong and Zusanli for treating constipation type irritable bowel syndrome.[Methods]The patients were divided into an acupuncture group and Western medicine polyethylene glycol-electrolyte powder（Shu Taiqing） control group,after 2 weeks of treatment,curative effect.[Results] The treatment group of 7 cases,effective in 9 cases,2 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 88.9%;the control group 6 cases,effective in 8 cases,4 cases are invalid,the total efficiency of 77.8%.Comparison of the two groups,the treatment group than in control group.[Conclusion] Acupuncture Tianshu,Shangjuxu,Taichong and Zusanli for treating constipation type irritable bowel syndrome has good clinical curative effect.
