摘要 N-烷基化反应作为有机化合物合成中的一个重要单元反应,引起了越来越多的研究者的关注。目前研究最多、最活跃的是不断改进一些具有局限性的N-烷基化工艺,以获得更高效、高选择性和符合绿色化学要求的N-烷基化方法,并提高这些工艺在工业生产中的应用价值和商业价值。本文主要介绍了近五年来用金属、分子筛、离子液体、碱等催化的N-烷基化以及还原和选择性N-烷基化等方面取得的研究成果。 N-alkylated reaction has wide applications in the synthesis of organic compounds. Over the last ten years, it has attracted the attention of more and more researchers. The researches focus on finding synthesis methods with high yield and high region-selective and making the reaction to be more useful in industrial production and improving its commercial value. The progress in N-alkylation catalyzed by metallic catalyst, molecular sieve, Ionic liquid and base catalyst and the developments in reductivc N-alkylation and selective N-alkylation were summarized in this paper.
