Applications of Single-walled Carbon Nanohorns in Biomedicine

摘要 单壁碳纳米角具有的管锥状结构和特性,使其自发现以来就被普遍关注。本文从单壁碳纳米角在药物传输体系,病毒、肿瘤的热疗,检测技术中的应用这三方面综述了碳纳米角在生物医学应用中的最新进展,并对未来发展进行了展望。 Since their discovery, Single-walled carbon nanohorus (SWNHs)have been the goal of numerous investigations due to their unique structural properties with cone sharp. In this paper, the research progresses about SWNHs in biomedicine tTeld from used as carriers in drug delivery system, photothermal cancer agents in virus and tumor therapy as well as in detection technology were reviewed and the possible perspective in this field was also discussed.
