摘要
建立了一种用自制试剂代替进口配套试剂由氨基酸分析仪测定竹笋中游离氨基酸的分析方法,方法的仪器分离度R>1.5,精密度与重现性RSD均小于5%,氨基酸标样线性良好(R2>0.999),方法回收率83.3%~105.2%,以信噪比S/N=10确定方法的定量下限(LOQ)为0.720~39.448nmol/mL,以信噪比S/N=3确定方法的最低检出限(LOD)为0.240~13.249nmol/mL。对实际竹笋样品进行测定,结果满意。该方法前处理简便,准确、灵敏,适合竹笋中游离氨基酸的测定。
The determination method of free amino acids in bamboo shoot by Amino Acids Analyzer, using self- made reagents to replace entry matching reagents, was developed. The resolution R and the reproduction quality relative deviation (RSD) of the presented method were 〉 1.5 and 〈 5.0% , respectively. The method exhibits good linear relationship (R2 〉 0. 999) and recoveries between 83.3% ~ 105.2% for all of the tested free amino acids. The limits of quantitation( LOQs, S/N = 10) and the limit of detection ( LODs, S/N = 3 ) were 0. 720 - 39. 448 and 0. 240 13. 249nmol/mL, respectively. The bamboo shoot samples were determined with satisfactory results. This method is accurate, sensitive, simple, and can be used for the routine analysis of free amino acids in bamboo shoot.
